As the founder of Fallowdale, Jonathan has led the company’s work on the restoration of heritage properties as well as the creation of new buildings, with a true emphasis on design and quality, developing distinctive places and spaces.

Nina brings over 20 years of expertise in the residential sector, focusing on sales, marketing, and development consultancy.
Nina, equipped with her knowledge and experience, joined the team in 2024 to enhance the residential sales strategy and lead the development of Rushbond's new residential arm, Fallowdale Homes.

Richard Gough

A Project Manager within the Rushbond team since 2016 and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Richard works with our contractors and professional teams to turn our development plans into reality. Richard is very much focused on getting the best possible results from our contractors and for our purchasers and occupiers.

Georgina Maud

Design is at the heart of everything we do. Georgina brings a blended set of creative and property skills to the work across our investment and development portfolio. Georgina’s academic record combines a BSc (Hons) degree in Rural Estate Management with a MA degree in History and Business of Art and Collecting. Equally Georgina has worked in both the public and private sectors in the arts world together with time spent in the creative department of a major London and New York hotel company.
