Fallowdale Homes are actively searching for new residential development sites that may be suitable to form part of the expanding Fallowdale Homes development pipeline. As an experienced house builder and developer with the backing, track record and resources of Rushbond Plc we are able to act swiftly and decisively for the right opportunity.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are interested in receiving details of a wide range of potential sites, both greenfield and brownfield, where we can add value and work with relevant stakeholders to successfully develop our distinctive homes and create new communities.

With a strong track record developing challenging sites, particularly those with heritage and existing buildings forming all or part of the land, we are not put off by a challenge and welcome a wider range of sites that may put off other developers.

Our primary focus is on the core Yorkshire region, it’s towns, cities and surrounding areas where we have a great depth of knowledge and track record. We are however open to approaches slightly further afield and are willing to travel for something really special.

We also have an interest in part complete schemes where we can add value to bring these challenging schemes to a successful conclusion and are able to act very rapidly to provide a successful exit for administrators, executors, and vendors looking for speed or certainty. Please get in touch…
